Business Development Executive

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive to drive Sales at Kutuki.


The Role

  • Build a strong understanding of Kutuki’s offerings and program schedule
  • Engage with potential customers professionally using Kutuki’s customer communication platform, understand their needs and recommend the right offering that suits their child’s learning needs
  • Schedule trial classes, follow up and get feedback in a timely manner
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process, end to end
  • Track and report every lead in an organized and timely manner using our internal Lead Management Tool
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls in a timely manner
  • Clarify any customer query or concerns around the offering in a timely manner
  • Be part of team reviews and meetings and provide updates and insights
  • Ensure you meet your monthly target of enrollments.


  • At least 1 Year experience in a Sales or Business Development role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Hindi or one more regional language would be an advantage
  • Prior experience in the Ed-tech industry , selling educational offerings would be an advantage
  • Comfortable with Lead Management tools like LeadSquared
  • Extremely process oriented and organized
  • Good listening skills
  • Passionate about the education sector
  • Enjoys the startup environment and working with a highly motivated team
